- assist you with caterer selections
- recommend all wedding related vendors
- coordinate hotel accommodations for out of town guests
- recommend sites for and coordinate rehearsal dinner & day after breakfast
- assist with design of welcome packages for out-of-town guests
- run the necessary items: favors, send off's , programs, invitations

If you choose my Wedding Helper package I will...
- schedule a couple of meetings with you 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding
- determine your wedding needs
- review details of your ceremony and reception
- design flow of the day
- prepare wedding day itinerary
- supply itinerary to all members of the wedding party and vendors
- make vendor confirmations prior to the wedding
- attend the rehearsal with the officiant's approval
- make sure all necessary items are taken to the ceremony & reception site
- attend the wedding and reception to see that everything runs smoothly
